He is not looking to just make money by selling you any house – he prioritizes your comfort by helping you find a home that you are 100% happy with in terms of the house condition, location, and cost. He was amazing to work with in so many ways:

1) He is incredibly knowledgeable. He explained complicated real estate processes to us in understandable terms. When looking at houses together, he would give us valuable input on the quality of certain building aspects and the life expectancy of particular building materials or appliances, and he would give us estimates on what to budget for certain repairs or upgrades. He would also point out to us where he could see potential problems at a property, like a foundation or drainage issue or being too close to a busy/noisy area.
2) We would give Khristian a long list of houses we were interested in seeing, then he would obtain and review the disclosure documents, and because he understood what our needs were, he was able to filter the list of houses down for us, so that we made efficient use of our time and effort.
3) His work ethic is incredible. He worked every day, started work early and would also work late at night to always get us information on houses promptly or to get paperwork completed for us right away. We never had any problem scheduling time to meet up with him and go house-hunting. And he was easy to get in contact with any time we had a question and he communicated with us daily.
4) We got pre-approvals from different mortgage lenders but we ended up going with the lender that Khristian recommended because the customer service was great quality and Khristian and that lender worked seamlessly together, so we had no issues with the financial-component of the house-hunting/buying process.
5) His brokerage operation felt solid and modernized. When we got into contract, Khristian’s Transaction Coordinator worked with us on all the paperwork so everything was organized and timely.
6) I have kids that are 5 and 2 years old, and when we would go see houses, Khristian was so engaging with them. He interacted with them and helped them feel included in the house-hunting process. And Khristian emitted such great energy that my kids really liked.

Buying a home is stressful but Khristian made the whole experience comfortable and even fun. He went above and beyond to help us land the perfect home. I cannot recommend him enough!

I highly recommend Khristian as your realtor! From start to finish of purchasing our home he went above and beyond. Khristian is on top of everything and always kept us in the loop about what was going on. It took us about 2 months to find our home and Khristian found us a gem in a well sought out location. We met weekly to look at homes til we found what we were looking for. Anything we requested from him he got for us almost immediately. Where do we start with working with Khristian on our first home purchase? From social media following, I’ve appreciated how Khristian markets himself and takes care of his clients - it was from this that I knew I’d want to work with him way before I even met my now fiancé. Being first time home buyers was extremely nerve wrecking and Khristian displayed an insurmountable amount of patience and walked us through every step in making sure we understood everything. At the start of our home searches, Khristian told us he would treat us and protect us as if we were his own sisters and he truly delivered on this.
