We were referred to Kim by some friends who had worked with her buying a home in the Arlington area a few years ago. She was very responsive right from when we reached out to her, and she took the time to listen to what we were looking for in a home that we wanted to buy. Kim then set up automatic listings sent to us that fit our criteria. We found the eventual home we ended up buying through this listing. Being out of town buyers, Kim helped us tour the home virtually and was in constant contact with us during the open house weekend which happened to be Easter weekend. She also helped us understand the home buying process and what to expect at each step of the way. We consider ourselves fortunate that Kim was our realtor, as she gave us extremely valuable information about how to make a competitive offer (including very fine details which are things we consider important). I don’t think we would have had our offer accepted without Kim’s insights and advice. She really went the extra mile throughout the entire process and took time out of her Easter weekend to help us see the house and get an inspection done. In addition to that, Kim also gave us tons of great references for various services (home warranty, hazard insurance, inspection services, etc) which have been invaluable since our offer was accepted and when we closed. That was our first experience working with any realtor, but Kim was professional and went above and beyond what we expected and helped us secure the home we really loved. We can’t recommend her enough.
