-We met Kimberly Morgan Storey one year ago, and she went with us to see several houses, but we didn't see anything back then. This year, when we started to look again, we contacted her and asked her for help finding details of a house we liked.
-Kim was very professional, responsive, and attentive to the details. She helped us communicate with the other agent and quickly got all the detailed information that we were interested in making an offer.
-During the process of submitting an offer, she understood our concerns and went back and forth with us to go through the details of our offer.
- Kim surely made the whole buying process a very smooth and pleasant experience. Kim represented us very well and helped us get $15,000 credit in closing costs with her exceptional negotiation skills. Another thing to mention is when we had our final walk-through, the sump pump was not working functionally. Kim quickly took a video and communicated with the seller and ensure the sump pump was fixed before our closing day.

Home searching is not an easy task and as a first time home buyer there's so much to learn. The anxiety of the unknown was quickly lessened by Kim Morgan Storey with a web meeting to introduce the parties and to answer any immediate questions. From this point forward I felt that she would be available every step of the way. From scheduling home tours, providing feedback about the homes, housing market, location, and traffic conditions to answering our questions so were able to make informed decisions. We never felt we weren't a priority.
