Before we talked to Kimberly we were pretty sure we were just going to move out of town once the kids finished school because Santa Cruz is so expensive. But her optimism is contagious and she's a real problem solver. And if she somehow doesn't know the answer to your question or how you'd address an issue with a particular house, you can bet she knows at least three people who do know (and they'll be happy to help because they *also* love working with her). She took such good care of us. Her dedication and responsiveness was truly amazing, and we're in an awesome house that we love because of it.

Kimberly helped our family purchase our first single-family home last year, while also coordinating the sale of our condo. We had spent several years feeling very discouraged by the Santa Cruz housing market, as we felt priced out much of the time, and we wondered if it would ever be possible for us to move our family out of the condo that was becoming increasingly small for our growing family. Upon meeting Kimberly, we were extremely impressed by her professionalism and by her knowledge of the market. She did not seem deterred by our limited budget or by our desire to make offers contingent on the sale of our condo, and made a plan with us based on our goals. Unbelievably, within a month of meeting her, we were in escrow on a beautiful home in Felton that checked all of our boxes, and this deal was leveraged largely because of her connections with another local realtor, who was motivated to make a deal happen in order to work with her again. She then helped us to coordinate a quick bathroom update to our condo before putting it on the market, and connected us with an excellent contractor that has since completed multiple projects for us. From start to finish, Kimberly was amazing to work with...very caring, knowledgable and extremely skilled. You will not be disappointed if you choose Kimberly as your realtor!

We were delighted with our experience with Kimberly. Her personal attention and listening skills made our business go smoothly and without difficulties, any delays or minor hitches were explained accurately and always with a solution in mind.
Most appreciated was although she frequently manages sales 5-10 times the value of our property she never treated us as if we were any less important to her than her multi million dollar clients.
She was present with good advice and referrals throughout the process of preparing the home for sale and that led to a quick sale for which were quite grateful.
