I do not recommend any people of color to this particular place of business. Your time and money will not be respected. At one point, my wife was asked by Linda (one of the employees you may talk to) Did you put all your eggs in one basket? And once my wife said yes because she thought they were reputable and had a lot of properties for rent. She laughed in her face. Mine you the question only comes about because she needed verification On everything and instead of waiting, me and my wife was making calls and going to offices to speed the process. After all of the stress and games, Gina (another employee you might have to deal with) tells me she is the manager and I should allow her to help me but no apology just bend over it’s my turn like no no no I want to be refunded my application. Now Gina doesn’t make those decisions she tells me and there is someone else who will call me back about it. Yeah, I don’t think they will get back to me and the last time I went to they office I got the particular feeling that these women will be quick to call police rather than have a conversation. They looked down on us and honestly with how comfortable they did it I KNOW ITS WHAT THEY BEEN DOING. Me and my family of 6 has suffered from there blatant discrimination against us and given we’ve never rented from them before we can only assume they treated us this way because of our cultural appearance.

Really nice homes but my family and I felt racially profiled so we was not able to fully go through the process of finding a home. For the highest rented home I made 3x the rent no reason not to rent to me I have good credit with no eviction. One team member didn’t understand why we was giving a hard time by the other one and tried to help in the end but the damage was already done. Certain things was said and actions was shown for us to have come to the conclusion of being racially profiled but because of that one team member that tried I will not go into detail, but I will say do not put all your eggs in one basket if your African American with this company. You might get that lady and she will seem like she is working with you and everything might seem like it’s on the right track but in reality it’s not.

I had to take this time out to say how proud I am as a new tenant with KIMMEL-ANDERSON property management the women that work for this company, Gina, Crystal, Linda, and Dana Anderson these women are the best very hard workers and they do not leave you hanging. I love this property management group I am given them a five star and highly recommend this management company to anyone out there. They’re very fair and honest like the other management companies that I’ve dealt with in the Hemet area. if you have any questions, they have an answer for you. They make you feel like not a tenant but like a family member or a good friend I can’t thank you women enough for all your hard work and dedication. You guys are the best. Kimball & Anderson team is wonderful! We were referred by a friend who has a great experience as a tenant…and now we can say we too are having a great experience with them. Our viewing of properties, application process, and move in were quick and painless. There were a few things with the place we moved in to that needed to be looked at during our first few days and they were quick to have technicians come out and address concerns, and the technicians they work with were wonderful!
All around blessing to be able to rent from this team! We are glad to have found our new home!

In all my years, I have never known such an amazing management company! There are no words! When EVER there is an issue, their response has always been immediate! Not only are they quick but the amount of compassion they have for this retired community is astounding. Their staff in the office have always my mom & dad and since my dad passed away in 2020 they treat my mom with so much respect and are truly patient with her! I am so grateful Kimmell Anderson Property Management for taking such good care of her! Thank you!

This place had a 100 red flags. I could tell they were unprofessional just by the phone call. I decided to give them a chance with a meeting and that was a mistake. Gina set up an appointment for 10 am and shows up early without calling. I was in the restroom and rushed outside to see her pulling off. No phone call no text. I literally was outside in 2 minutes. She is very unprofessional I’m not sure how she got a job at that place. I would go to EZ Realty or A-Team property management. Way more professional and more caught up with todays world

This is the reply to the companies reply. I’m not sure what your employee told you but that was not the case. She rang my door bell one time. I was using the restroom and rushed out within 2 minutes and she was gone. There’s was no second attempt. There’s was no “wandering around the yard” I seen on my ring camera she rang the doorbell and just left. Not sure if the employee was unmotivated and/or hungover. This place is so unprofessional. I’m not the only one who feels like that. Go look at their one star reviews. I just know I wouldn’t want a company like this managing such an important asset in my life. Please don’t go with this company there are way more professional options.

They have been there for me and the owner of the home they treat me like family. In fact Tina is my family. They need more people like the owner and like Kimmel Anderson. So if u r looking for a home call Kimmel Anderson they got u.

I rented a place and when I went to look at it, it was super dirty. They said they would clean it. The property was filled with weeds. The garage was covered in cobwebs the day we got the keys to move-in. They literally did not clean one thing in the house we had to do all the cleaning, then when it was time to move out, we clean the place very well left no weeds in the yard and even the maintenance guy said how clean the house looked before taking the keys from us and yet the owner kept all the deposit except for $43 I even have pictures of before we moved in and after the rental had no AC the owner would not fix it. Beware of renting from this company.
