I love my apartment it is well taken care of inside & out. If there is a problem we have maintenance. The apartment manager & her team are kind, caring, & very professional. Though we do not have a play area for the kids we are located right next to King William Parks & Recreation center

This place is a joke. The WHOLE “management team” are rude! Didn’t care that myself and 3 year old son had to look at a pair of dirty underwear that was dropped in the walk way to our apartment for over a month I had to hear “ewhh mommy look.” They do not clean over here anymore no internet even though we were told over a year ago there would be but keep in mind the new building has internet 🤨 the apartments are made so poorly! Cracks all in the ceilings and corners.

Nice apartments but no internet. The management company has no answer, the property manager has no answer and nobody seems to be in a rush to fix the issue. The senior living apartments across from us have internet but we don't. It's a joke.

Edit: I'm dropping my review because they still haven't provided any news on internet access, nobody is doing anything to resolve the issue and it doesn't look like we would be getting access anytime soon. I won't be renewing my lease at the end of the year.

GM or GE , upon my time of meeting the staff , I can't complain , everything has been in proper term , it seems to be a very nice place to live, very peaceful and content, clean grounds, and upkeep of property looks great, stores are very convenient to get too if needed , I'm looking forward to becoming a client in the Minor and the Kingwilliam County of Aylett Va ; Thank You, B-Bless. !
