I lived at the West Hollywood location for 9 years and had the BEST experience. I recently moved out at the beginning of the year, as I relocated to another state, but if I were staying in LA I would have definitely continued my lease at Kings Arms Properties.
- The location was great! Within walking distance to lots of stores, restaurants and coffee shops, but was still a quiet neighborhood. The Beverly center and Beverly connection are within walking distance.
- The property and the apartments were very well maintained. Landscapers were at the apartments weekly and the common areas (laundry room, mail room, stairs, etc.) were also cleaned weekly. The apartments were very spacious and I loved the floor plans. During my time at the property I stayed in a studio and then went to a one bedroom. I loved them both!
- I never had any major maintenance issues and any small repairs were always handled by the next day, if not the day of.
- Lenny is fantastic and very attentive. You can tell he really cares about his tenants and takes pride in his properties. I honestly could not have asked for a better landlord!

I lived in the West Hollywood location for a year and had a great experience with the apartment and with Lenny. Everything worked great and was well maintained, Lenny is incredibly responsive and flexible - he just wants all his tenants to be happy. Loved the location super central but on a quite side street right off of Melrose place. There is lots of great food and shopping right around the corner. Moved for work but would happily live in the building again.

I have lived here for 2 years and have had a wonderful experience. Any issue I’ve had was quickly attended too. As a single female in her late 20’s I felt very safe at all times. Lenny is a wonderful landlord. The property is always clean, and well kept. The plants are always blooming and the residents are so welcoming. I love the sundry room, and the app that is used to pay for the laundry. Couldn’t be happier to have found this building.

I have been living at one of Kings Arms Properties on Doheny for the past 6 years and it has been nothing but AMAZING! Here is why;

-LOCATION! You are in the heart of Beverly Hills. Restaurants, Shops, LA fitness, CVS, Rodeo all walking distances. Couldn't be more convenient!
-SECURITY! Lenny our landlord did a wonderful job making us all feel safe with providing cameras throughout the building as well proper lighting. This was a huge plus for me!
-MAINTENANCE: NEVER needed any major repairs because Lenny had a team of qualified people that are timely and knowledgeable technicians.
-LAUNDRY! Brand new W/D that take CC rather then quarters. This made my life so much easier!
-LANDLORD! Lenny our landlord has been a huge reason why I have continued my residences here. He is so efficient, responsive, and truly cares about his residents and the building itself. I couldn't have been luckier to have found this beautiful boutique style building.
