I have just moved into my unit so far so good. Any problem I had so far Janet has answer them and has been fix them. I appreciate her very much. They work well with helping me and my family get us in our home fast as possible. I very happy with my new home. Thank you so much Kingston's management.

I've been working with Janet for a little over 2 months now. I have applied for apartment I'm hoping me and my family get it and we can start a new chapter in our lives and a new beginning. So far Kingston management has been very nice to me I will keep you guys updated if I get a new place through them.

I recently moved into a property on 11/23 under the management of Kingston Property Management. Upon arriving, there were multiple issues with the apartment, such as the outside wall with patches, broken cabinets, the sink garbage disposal not working, the washer not function properly, and SO MUCH MORE. Although the apartment is renovated and “looks nice” there are a lot of issues with the lights in the bathroom. For the past week living here, we have been showering in the dark. As soon as I became aware of these issues, the same day I moved in, I submitted multiple maintenance request to have these issues fixed. Instead of reaching out and helping, Kingston Property Management canceled my multiple maintenance request and has not reached out to provide a solution to these continuing issues. I have resubmitted the maintenance request and again they canceled it. The property supervisor, Yolanda Brown has also not returned any messages and calls. This management really sucks. Owners and tenants, do yourself a favor and do not rent with them.

This Management has been a HUGE blessing to me at my child, not only do they genuinely care. They also move very fast and they are genuinely concerned when it comes to their tenants and all of their needs. They communicate effectively and very quickly when it comes to needs or any kind of documents needed to be filled out you can count on them for being proficient! 🙂 since I’ve been here on one of their properties, I’ve had no maintenance mishaps because of them, I had to call maintenance twice for my OWN personal problem that I CAUSED and they came out the very next day. They don’t wait or linger they help as soon as possible. SENDING LOVE TO Kingston Management!

I didn’t start the game, but I’m willing to play.

They’ll delete maintenance request and pretend they never got them. Unfortunately for them I document and screen capture every request.

I use to think they have to be playing games, no one can be this incompetent. But as times goes on, they are pretty inept and have zero management experience or skills.

It is worse than the blind leading the blind.

Ok, now for the fun. It’s the part of the game called phuck around and find out.

They claim they have so many years of experience. It’s impossible. They think delete the requests and not get back to the tenant and hopefully they’ll forget.

Best way to get rid of a useless management company is sue the owners/trust for negligence. Best $500 you’ll ever invest in.

Revenge is a dish best served cold.

I had a great experience with Janeth. She is super nice and is quick to respond when I have any questions or concerns. I was super excited to start a new year with a place to live in with my kids and she made it happen.Im just so grateful that I was able to surprise my kids with a place that we can call home. I was charged twice this month rent. The mgmt took out my money. I did not. They still haven't given me my refund. Yolanda said she's not ignoring me. I left 2 phone messages and she never responded. Plus no one can ever talk to her. She always leaves her voicemail. I want my credit of $346.99. This organization is highly unprofessional.

Jose Navarro & victor are amazing
They arrived in a timely manner , as I put my request in the night before & they fixed every issue that I had very quickly and efficiently & reassured that if I have any future problems they have everything covered , overall I’m satisfied with the staff & my apartment , thank you kindly .
