I lived in this apartment complex for 3 years and stayed to myself. It was quiet and had nice residents. It even had nice looking apartments. HOWEVER, they went through 2 different apartment managers and several maintenance man. They never fixed anything and the manager was never in the office or reachable. I had my AC out for a week in the summer last year and it was 90 degrees in my house. I kept contacting them to no avail. Finally, when I saw someone at the office I went up there and the manager Kandy went off on me telling me that the apartment complex was "not her life" and that she had "other things to deal with."

I just recently moved out and prior to moving out I cleaned the apartment top to bottom and even shampooed the carpets 3 separate times...and they only wanted to give me $185 out of my $610 deposit. I took photographs of the apartment & how I left it and I would recommend you do the same if you ever live here. Otherwise they will try to cheat you out of you deposit. Horrible company, horrible management.

Not a resident but my mother in law is. We just visited and she let us know her upstairs neighbor sweeps trash from their balcony onto her patio. They also leave their dog on the balcony so she has the dogs mess falling onto the patio. Management has been made aware but either doesn't care or doesn't want to be involved. This could be a nice neighborhood but the screening process for applicants should be more thorough.

I have lived here going on 10 years. I have gone thru a lot of changes and management since I have been here, some good and bad. The manger we have now Kandy James has really made this place better and I am proud to call this place my home now. Kandy has gone above and beyond to address a lot of issues that was going on here. There were so many drug related people living here and she has went above and beyond to clean this matter up. The yards around the apartments shrubs included was never mowed or taken care of, rarely mowed. The people she has doing it now go above and beyond to maintain the grounds, they do a great job and looks beautiful throughout the year. We are so blessed here at Kingsview Apartment to have Kandy James as the manager here. She goes above and beyond to handle any issue that you might have and does it in a very timely manner.

I have lived here for over 2 years & I love it here & love my apartment (home). I cannot say the same about my neighbors but Kandy has been wonderful in helping me in dealing with them as the change of owning a house for 30 years to an apartment has it's challenges. Kandy also went above & beyond when my dog passed away several months ago & I will be forever thankful for her kindness. I have never had a problem getting any repairs etc. in a timely manner. My only problem is my cruel neighbors but there is not really anything Kandy can do about that situation than what she has already done at this time. It has to be difficult for her to be away from her family in Alabama, especially when she has to deal with some extremely difficult & unreasonable tenants here. These are very nice & well kept apartments & I am proud to call them home.

My sister had to move but not by eviction she was forced by harassment. Yes there has been two new managers since the first. Manager Groom who came in verbally attacking everyone everything was a problem she was never available when she was needed she was fired. Now theres a manager Barbara Hensley. She is worse very controlling, also verbally attacks and harassing. If residents are quiet and won't give her compliments or try to treat her special she will put those residents on her hit list she will come to apartments without notice writing tickets for small things, following residents ( as if they are not allowed to walk around the apartment complex). if she doesn't like a resident it is constant harassing of families and their children until residents move out . While drug dealers, drug users are allowed to stay there. Managers above her do nothing and Manager Hensley does harass as much as she wants. Never move there much nicer apartments with non harassing managers that mistreat residents and their children.. Residents that were forced out are getting together to file complaints and trying to contact residents that are still there to add their complaints.

We lived at Kingsview apartments 4 years ago. We LOVED IT! My husband got a new job and now we make too much to live there :/ they do their very best to keep the drug dealers and felons out, however a few get in by tenants hiding them out in their apartments! If I had hair in a drain and called them at 9:00am they had it fixed by 11:00am that same day! They were GREAT about fixing ANYTHING that broke!!! These arpartments are very well cared for sometimes I wish we were still "low income" so we could still live there :/

Kingsview Apartments is the most UNPROFESSIONAL business I and my partner have dealt with. We have lived at Kingsview for over a year and the property manager has been in the office, maybe 25% of that entire time! The only person that is ever in the office is the maintenance personal, and he has only been employed for three or four months. Bad “management” and she had definitely put a very bad image on Olympia Management. We will never do business with this company again.

My mother has lived her going on 5 years now and she loves it, she has made so many friends. Her down staris neighbor is one of them that she looks at like family. She has feed the wild deer that roam in the field and just sits on her balcony and watches them and the groundhogs till her health got bad and now its hard for her to do so but she loves this place and some of the ppl who live here also
