7 HOURS for a prescription. Never even verified it was in stock until I showed up 6 hours after it was called in - they then verified in front of me & proceeded to tell me to come back in an hour. I come back in an hour & they’re just barely finishing up at 6:30 at night with no customers in store or drive thru. First & last time I’ll use this pharmacy. P.S. your pharmacist (older lady with glasses & dark hair) was blatantly rude to staff in front of customers & had little to no customer service at all. After reading other reviews it’s clear your need the staff more than you care about how your customers are treated. Will only ever recommend AVOIDING this pharmacy at all costs. Back to traveling to Kinneys in Essex where they have their stuff together.

I've been dealing with the Milton, VT store for a few years. I've had great service nearly every time I've been there. I usually get my Covid and flu shots there too. Every now and then there will be a miscommunication or snag when getting a refill or prescription renewed, but for the most part, the employees are pleasant, efficient, over worked, yet still kind. Thank you all at Kinney's Drug Store in Milton, Vermont.

I've been dealing with this pharmacy for years and have never had any issues, up until a week ago. I had never been given such a hard time in my life to try to get one of my newly prescribed medications. The female pharmacist should not be working with public. She is very rude and because of her you lost a long time customer and I will continue to tell people to go elsewhere. You never know how bad someone's mental health is and to withhold those medications is playing a very dangerous game.

I've been going to this pharmacy for 3 1/2 years. I have an auto immune disease. Requires me to inject B12 every 28 days. I need syringes to do that. I have jump through hoops every time I need syringes. Had to call Drs office 4 times this week so they would give me finally 2 syringes. They are rude could care less about helping people. I don't know how they think I can get vials of b12 in my body without a syringe. I need to switch pharmacy.

I wish I could give negative stars. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to and I've been to quite a few. Only went to this one because it was close to my house. Can't ever get them on the phone, they are rude in store. When a Dr calls your prescription in they do not check the voice-mail until you come in an hour or 2 later(expecting your prescription to be done) and they haven't even received it yet.

Good little drug store. As typical, it has a bit of everything. Photos, tech, medicine, and a little market. Has a good selection of the children's ibuprofen I was looking for. About 8 varieties. Generic, name brand, multiple flavors, some without dyes, some sugar free.

Always friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to help me when ever I need help. My husband loves for me to go there as they always have his favorite Carmel’s at the register which I always buy for him!

I have gone to Kinney for many years now and it remains the most polite and efficient pharmacy/drug store. The workers are friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable.
