Where to start? From the first day Kips personality and expertise made us feel so comfortable and easy to talk with right off the bat. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to any questions we asked.  We found our dream house with her help in La Contenta in Valley Springs California. She was beyond helpful through the whole phases of going of purchasing a home. We were first time buyers and had no clue what we were up against!! Kip and her team were amazing. I hired them to sell my mother’s house. I live out of the area and she was so helpful in preparing the house for sale, the photos, the cleaning of the carpets. All were done perfectly and the house was ready for sale. Kip also provided her expertise and priced the house for a quick sale. My wife and I recently purchased a home thru Kip in Arnold. Having not bought any real estate for over 34 years we were somewhat apprehensive about the whole process.
