ACES!! I'm so glad to have had Kitsap Home Rental as our property managers. We've been with them for Years and Lia has been nothing short of Excellent! Great communication about any issues and very helpful in resolving them. Recently, we sold our property and Nicole and team were absolutely AMAZING! Again, great communcation and excellent recommendations for our home sale and the result was above and beyond expectations!! I HIGHLY recommend these professionals for your rental and sales needs. Exactly to a T what Cassandra W said in these reviews was right. We went to a showing. Told no one else applied and just like others we rushed, filled out application and paid the fees…. To not get a response. Going on 8 days and no response. We’ve moved on from them. Give us our money back you scammers…. Don’t even mess with this “real estate group” and now they write a review lieing through their teeth. Don’t believe anything these people have to say. Excuses! Lies. Such scammers

Lia and Bree are the absolute best! We are in the process of moving and made sure to stay in a home with them again because of how wonderful they are. Lia has always been transparent and straightforward with us, which is so rare with property managers. I never have to guess. She's gone way above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of as well as the landlord so it's a win win for everyone! Couldn't recommend more!

The entire team have been nothing but professional in every interaction we have had. They have given the utmost attention to anything we have provided information about and ensured communication about anything that is going to be done around the house. This company deserves 5 out of 5 stars! I don’t know where to start... Nicole and her team have helped me so much. From my experience, they are consummate professionals and are expert at conducting all aspects of property management. Whether you simply need an A+ tenant screened and placed, or you have a full fledged eviction on your hands that needs to be quickly and efficiently executed... Nicole will take care of everything. Recently, Nicole was able to execute a very difficult eviction for me and saved me lots of time and money throughout the process. Once the tenants were out, I was dismayed to discover that my <1year old carpet was already destroyed by copious amounts of animal urine. I was happy with the previous carpet company but for the re-install (less than a year later), Nicole was able to get me a comparable carpet and padding installed at a MUCH appreciated lower cost. I have called the office dozens of times and no matter who answers the phone, I’m always greeted by a friendly voice. I can’t imagine any honest and good person, landlord or tenant, having a problem with this team. Make no mistake, deadbeat tenants will NOT appreciate the attention to detail; Nicoles kindness, honesty and integrity will not change their minds.

Highly recommend this property management group. They are very responsive and understanding. In my specific situation, they, specifically Lia has gone above and beyond in trying to make my unit more comfortable and updated. Maintenance has been on top of it as well. Very happy tenant so far!

IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS! They are just angry tenants that are mad at them
for doing their jobs and holding them to obligations. You can tell they have a lot of happy renters because otherwise you would see a whole lot more angry reviews! Think about it THEY HAVE A LOT OF RENTALS!!! But most happy renters don't think to leave a review.

So please take mine as a voice of the people. I needed a place and they helped me get into one asap!

They have the best customer service! Phones are answered and emails almost immediately replied to!

Nicole and all the office staff have gone leaps and bounds to provide meaningful one on one help! They are fun and quick problem solvers!

My whole experience from seeing the apartment, to renting it, to having things fixed the next day after a request is made, has been flawless. This is a well run ship!

They are happy to give you direct no BS help and communication. And I really feel like if ever I owned a rental they would be HANDS DOWN THE ONLY CHOICE!
