I recently received an unsolicited text from a person named "Ryan" representing Kitsap Property Buyers which included my name and address. I will say again that this was an UNSOLICITED text including my personal information. I am sure that they bought a list somewhere to cold call. This is no way to initiate a business contact. As a matter of fact, it is rather unsettling and off putting. Randomly texting a person by name asking if they live at their address is creepy to say the least. I would never use a company who did this.

Ryan and Jesse were an answered prayer! No one ever plans for life to hit sideways, but the reality is that we sometimes find ourselves in untenable situations. In the midst of crisis, I set aside my fears and reached out, trusting my instincts and am OVERJOYED I did! There is hope on the other side of impossible circumstances- Ryan and Jesse are compassionate, kind, professional, honest and fair- and so is Land Title in Silverdale. I’ve lived in Kitsap County for 21 years -this is the first house I bought and I never imagined it wouldn’t be the only house I’d ever live in- it was supposed to be our dream home. But dreams change and sometimes there is no clear cut way how to proceed. Rest assured you are in GREAT hands with this wonderful couple. I am so grateful I didn’t need to file for bankruptcy- there IS hope and happiness on the other side and with Kitsap Property Buyers, you are closer than you know to the new beginning you are looking for!

Ryan and Jesse truly have a big heart and compassion for those that may find themselves underwater or in unfortunate circumstances concerning their properties. They work hard at educating and helping homeowners find solutions in getting out from underneath distressed properties or situations and even sometimes without affecting their credit scores as well!

Of course being opportunistic, they will find ways for a win win situation that not only is advantageous for their client but all parties involved. In a industry that can be extremely shady, their proffesionalism is one you can trust.

Predatory company that searches out properties to buy low and flip high. Continues to send out unwanted mail to you, whether you want it or not. Stop sending mail, take me off your list and stop being a party to the rise of sub-standard flipped properties in Kitsap.
