They don't call you back when you leave a voice mail and in many cases don't answer the phone. This needs to be addressed.

Horrible , they did our taxes in 2019 AND we are still having trouble with the IRS . Believe it or NOT , look up "FREEDOM Law School" & watch there informative videos. Fact is There is no Law requiring a person to file a 1040 for most citizens 99%. The clue is hard to see & deceitful it's in the definitions and millions of people are starting to not file & the IRS is loosing in courts all over the country. It has never been legal to tax people on there income directly . Look up Joe Banister (Ex IRS special investigator) Don't pay Bonita Tax & have Freedom Law School represent you 100% success rate. Incredible Knowledge. Jus SHOCKING to read THEY said they have been working free of charge to remedy the situation? NOT AT ALL TRUE another lie!!?
