Very disappointed in Kodiak, everything was fine while we were living there as soon as we moved out there was a sudden refusal to communicate. We went out of our way to show the house for them and find new tenants for them on the first showing. The house was spotless when we moved out and the turn around on the new tenant moving in was less than a week. However it’s been a month and a half and still no deposit back. The only way they will communicate is through email and it takes at least 5 days to get a response and they refuse to answer the phone or return phone calls. They are great at first, just don’t plan on getting your deposit back.
