We spent a delightful weekend at the Sole Mate house in Morro Bay and could not have been more pleased. The in-town location was ideal. The on-the-bay location of the house itself is fantastic. There are inspiring views from most rooms, and the deck/patio is literally on water's edge with entertaining boat, paddle, and sea-life activity. I highly recommend Sole Mate and plan to return again myself.

I’ve stayed here multiple times because I love it so much! The property is a hidden Morro Bay gem, located right on the bay with spectacular views, close to town and the golf course. It’s cozy with comfortable amenities and the owner is very personable. The otters come right up to the deck to sleep or eat too. It’s pretty incredible and also perfect for a friend getaway or romantic weekend.

The Sole Mate house was a joy to stay in. The waterfront views, well-maintained house, and beautiful interior all contribute to a relaxing, enjoyable stay. Its location provides quick access to the town of Morro Bay and everything local. I highly recommend and would definitely go back without hesitation!

I have stayed at Sole Mate many times most recently wity several of my closest golf mates. We spent 4 lovely days enjoying the peace of our Sole Mate surroundings as well as some great local golf. The house is tastefully appointed with everything one would want or need. Kit is the consummate gracious host and always available for questions. I will definitely bevvisiting Sole Mate many more times in the future.
