Short version: do not rent from them!!
Long version: I moved from another state and had confirmed the move in date multiple times. I get to the rental property, and the place is disgusting. It wasn't cleaned, there were bags of trash and junk in the yard, doors weren't on the hinges, and the fridge wasn't working. When I would put in requests to have things fixed, they would fight you to fix them, you would have to constantly nag them and even then they wouldn't always come and fix it. They continued to give me the run around and when I fixed them, she told me it was a violation of my lease. I told them there were mice in the attic and they told me it was probably just bats and not to worry, eventually they finally came and put down poison. And to top it off, it took them over a year for them to give me back my security deposit. They claimed they didn't have my new address but I had told them it on two separate occasions.

Gary went well above and beyond to help me sell my dads house. Living out of town, it was hard to coordinate repairs and maintenance for the property. Gary stepped up and always offered to find a person/company to take care of literally anything that was needed during the selling process. Gary was so dedicated, he even took care of several items himself! He made himself available during all hours of the day, and evening. Having Gary as a realtor was a blessing... I couldn't have made it through the selling process without him.

UGH...ASTONISHINGLY TERRIBLE SERVICE! Is there a way to give a negative stars rating? We had KRB Properties and Kathy Burge manage our rental home while we lived in Germany. Her performance was worse than dismal. Her follow through was nearly non-existent, her rental contracts were incomplete, she never once notified us of needed repairs, and we received bills for things we were never made aware of. On top of that we ended-up having to do most of the work she was supposed to do ourselves. Through all of this she was sure to get her money though. It's been an absolutely horrible experience. I strongly recommend against KRB and Kathy when considering a property management company. You'll regret using her, I know we do.

Kathy is fantastic! She's extremely knowledgeable, fun to converse with and she's willing to teach! She took time to have a meeting with me to assist me with learning about the courses and programs of Real Estate. She's truly a great person and, a great broker! I suggest her and her associates!

Once they get your money good luck getting anything fixed. Been dealing with mice for over a month and new issues that arise every day. Make sure to do a thorough inspection on any rental because you will be lied to and deceived.

Trying to hurt locals by overpricing rent even more than it already is. This place is buying up things hust to try and flip it and make people pay crazy rent in the area. Very few people make above 40k in this area, and the fact that they are trying to charge 3k for 2 bed 2 bath, and 2k for 1 bed 1 bath is laughable.

It really shows character when someone is this selfish. They dont care about this area or its people, and that means if you rent or buy from them, they wont care about YOU either!

when dealing with rentals this agency is a huge SCAM. They make sure they get the $35.00 NON refundable Application fee, then hey deny your application without even an explanation. I am reporting them to the Attorney General office. Too bad I have to even click ONE star

Kathy Burge is amazing! She bends over backwards to make the buying & selling process a breeze! She always answers any concerns very quickly and has been our agent for almost 10 years now!
