If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Kris and her team were always very responsive and understanding. Maintenace requests are resolved quickly and effectively! The apartment I rented was beautiful! I followed all the move out requirements and I got my deposit back in full, as well as my full pet deposit. The negative reviews are unfortunate, because I had nothing but great experiences with KKPM!

Kris and her staff are extremely professional, fair, and a pleasure to work with!!! We have rented with her several times while we were in the home building process, and she has always been more than fair and courteous in all communications! She lets you know what the expectations are up front, so there are no surprises. She is prompt, respectful and very helpful! A true class act and an asset to the Sauk Prairie area!

I rented from KKPM for about 6 years. It’s unfortunate to see some of the negative reviews as I genuinely felt their team was super responsive, and incredibly understanding during difficult situations; resourceful even when they didn’t need to be. If I did have an issue with the property, they were prompt and courteous with their communication, and reasonable with tenant expectations. I have no reservations in recommending their team in your search for a rental!

I rented from KKPM for a little over 2 years and they were absolutely wonderful to work with! During this time, I moved to the area in the height of the pandemic, moved rather last minute to another unit, and later bought and moved into a house. Every time I moved, Kris and her team went above and beyond to make the transition as easy and smooth as possible! Kris and her team are extremely helpful and kind and I can't thank them enough for their hospitality!

I rented from Kris and her team for 7 1/2 - 8 years and let me tell you.. Megan, Tim and Kris are all phenomenal! They made my first renting experience GREAT. Whenever I had an issue or needed assistance with maintenance they took care of it within 24 hours. I want to thank Kris personally for giving a 19 year old a chance! 10/10 would recommend renting from her and her team!

Kris Kohlman and her staff are amazing. We never had any issues with the staff. If something stop working, Kris and her staff would make sure it was addressed right away. We left the apartment nice and clean and got our full deposit back. If we ever move back to Sauk City or Prairie Du Sac we will definitely rent from Kris Kolhman Properties again. Thanks for providing excellent customer service!!

I have lived here in one of Kris’ s apt for several years! I have found Kris and her office personnel and maintenance person to be very good at following up and making repairs as needed for my apt! She is very organized and responsive to her renters! I have enjoyed being a renter here.

I have rented 2 different apartments in different cities and have never had a problem with this agency. Any time I called with a repair issue, it was taken care of right away. I love the apartment that I am in now and will continue to use them if I decide to move again.
It's too bad that most of time people think to do reviews only when they've had a bad experience. I think the staff has been wonderful when I call and I've never felt like they were "trying to get rid of me". Kudos to Kris and the staff at the Kohlman Agency!
