Kristin is a phenomenal agent. This is my 4th house purchase and I can say that she goes above an beyond the majority. She offers careful consideration of each property not just flowery praise. She paid strong attention to my (extremely picky) wants and I never felt pressured to consider a house that didn't fit my needs, as I've had some realtors do in the past. Another plus - she's extremely thorough, knowledgable about the area and the unique things about the real estate business of this area, and she's QUICK! You have to have someone who is available and quick to act in this market and she did not let me down. I highly recommend having her by your side here.

Kristin was our salesperson for a recent purchase in Seaside California and we honestly couldn't have asked for better representation. She's incredibly knowledgeable not only of the laws and practices of real estate but of the Monterey Bay area itself. I think the best thing I could say about her performance was how accessible she was when we had questions or concerns. She would immediately respond to anything we asked within minutes. 6/5 stars we will definitely be hiring her again in the future.
