If you had asked me prior to submitting our first offer how important a good real estate agent was, I might have been a little unsure. Kristin Gildea Fox was simply amazing! Kristin has a wealth of experience and detailed knowledge of the local Ridgewood, New Jersey market, but what really sets her apart is her personal touch and attention to detail. We were selling the home my family had lived in since 1971. I was living in the home with my family and my 84-year old father. To say we were attached to the home is an understatement! Plus we had a TON of stuff. Kristin helped us stage the house (removing and adding when needed) to highlight the best aspects of our home and invite potential buyers to see themselves in the home. Communication is key and Kristin excelled at keeping us all informed, and it was not a simple task...She had one owner, my dad, who does not own a computer, does not want to text and the idea of 'signing' a document via a PDF is foreign to him and then myself who uses all these methods to communicate. She was always available for a phone call from my dad or would drop by in person to speak with him and created a text group so we were all receiving the same information, even if my father didn't always read them.

Once it came to negotiating offers Kristin simplified the process by creating a small summary of each offer so we could easily compare them. Thanks to her skillful negotiation we were able to sell our home significantly above the asking price.
