Towards the end of last year, I received a flyer in the mail (addressed to my elderly mother), for Kristin. Thank goodness I held on to it. Fast forward, my mother passed early in the year. Both my sibling and I live out of town/out of state. When we got to a point where we were ready to sell the house, I found the postcard with Kristin's name, and shot her an email. I'm so very glad I did. We set up a time to meet at the house, and the rest is history. Kristin if extremely personable, knowledgeable, responsive; she is just overall Amazing!!! She met with our probate attorney several times, even attending the probate hearing. She was able to negotiate several thousand over asking.

I honestly could not have survived this sale without her. I would definitely recommend Kristin to anyone who has real estate needs in the Dothan area. 10/10!!!!

Kristin is my most favorite human realtor person. One of my most favorite things about her is that she was real and felt like family by the end of the experience. I never doubted for a second that she wasn’t going above and beyond to do whatever was necessary to sell my home which wasn’t an easy sell by any means… but she didn’t quit and always always kept it ? through the process.
