They were unprofessional, rude and unlawful. Yesterday after inquiring about a property, everything was going normal until they asked what kind of dog do I have. Next they denied me a rental because I have a disability that requires me to have an ESA. I have all current paperwork and I have been diagnosed, evaluated and prescribed by several California Licensed therapist. This violates the Americans with Disability Act title 2. Fair housing Act of 1988 and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. I was discriminated against because I have a disability that requires me to have an ESA., totally wrong.

No complaint. Allows trained working dogs but not ESA which is completely understable. Manager, Larry is always helpful for more than 4 years.

They have a really bad customer service. Not only me but a friend of mine has tried many times to contact them and as always they answer you with half words and bad mood. Worst place ever.

This fraud and scamming company charged my credit card when I did not have business with them whatsoever. Never even heard of them until I saw the charge. FRAUD!
