It’s been 14 years since I’ve owned a car or a truck. And I’ve always been a little hesitant to seek service, mostly because of some of the bad experiences I’ve had in the past in that area. There was no need to worry here! Everything from top to bottom was taken care of, and flawlessly. Worry free too. It’s like a brand new truck in looks and feel! Now it’s up to me to learn how to use all these new fangled gadgets!

Excellent experience. My engine light was on. Within a half hour after entering the service department my car was analyzed and the problem was explained to me. I set up an appointment for the next day. Everything plus new tires etc.was addressed and finished the next day. Michael was the person I worked with. He was very professional and very helpful. Excellent service.

This dealership was amazing with helping figure out the transmission issues that was going on. Had it another dealership they did nothing for 3 weeks and kunes managed to figure out the issue and addressed it. Brooklyn the service advisor was amazing to work with kept me up to date on the van thru the whole process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Probably the best customer service experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. Super helpful, patient and extremely knowledgeable staff. I am so pleased I chose to buy a vehicle with the warranty and maintenance agreement.

Part of my service was successful but I was not happy that I couldn't have my alerts system looked at. My service was scheduled for 4:15 p.m. I was informed when I arrived that the technicians leave at 5:00 p.m. Don't you provide overtime for your workers if necessary? I had scheduled my service online and nothing was stated about not being able to check
I had a trip to Green Bay scheduled the following day and was unable to use my adaptive cruise. None of the safety alerts were working.
Now, I have to make an additional trip for service.
Never will schedule service late afternoon on a Friday.

The service received from the front end of the shop to the backend was wonderful. Jessica was friendly and courteous. She kept me posted on the status of the repairs on my truck and explained everything. The senior diesel mechanic was very thorough in diagnosing the issues and recommend preventive maintenance before serious repairs were required. Definitely taking my truck back for future services and repairs.

Michael in the service dept is excellent. Had an ongoing transmission issue which needed many service appts. In the end, the situation was taken care of properly and Michael guided us through the replacement and handled all the communication with the 3rd party warranty company. Appreciate the straight forward customer service compared to Ford dealerships that are much closer to us.
