These guys are amazing. I smelled something but could not figure out where it was coming from. I finally called and they came out the same day and found the source of the moldy smell. The guys were so great Alex and Oscar. They were polite, tidy and professional. They solved a serious health issue that I was having with the mold. I am so grateful that Kustom was here to help. I highly recommend this company and these technicians.

The rebuild team did a great job. Jesse and Alex completed all the work in a timely manner and it all looks good. Alex was always very prompt and helpful. Jesse kept us informed and kept the project moving quickly. There was some confusion between what was promised during the walkthrough versus what was actually done, but overall we are satisfied with the work.

I cant thank this company enough, during inspection my clients found mold in a home they were buying, Kustom came in and thoroghly checked and quoted on what they found. The owners of the home hired a different company that they thought was reputable (as did I based on their years in the industry, etc) but the quote was significantly lower. This however made me question why and we had the inspector come out after the other company was done. Unfortunately the inspector had to come back multiple times because the work by the other company hadn't been completed and eventually he had to meet with them to show the other company what they missed and it was a significant amount. The other companies lower bid turned into much, much more in costs for both the buyers and thecsellers and delayed the sale of the home. We are so incredibly thankful that we know we can continue to trust Kustom to take the time to properly bid a job they can walk away knowing was complete. Trust and then verify when it comes to home repairs. I would recommend Kustom over and over based on prior clients experience and this experience as well.

I have rental property that experienced some significant water damage. This company was responsive and made time to provide an estimate within 12 hours of my call. Upon completion of the mitigation process, my tenant who lives in the unit being repaired said that MIT techs Alex and Alexis were “polite, courteous, and professional and they cleaned up every speck of their mess too!” I can appreciate that kind of service. I will both utilize the services of and highly recommend this company going forward.

Kustom Had a team come out the same day I called regarding water damage in my basement. The professionals advised that there was no water damage to my wall. They gave me professional advice and regards to prevent any mold on the wood studs. They could’ve had told me that there was a potential mold and charge me for spraying the area with the protective coating to prevent it. Instead, what they did was applied that protective coding and also cleaned up some mold they found in my bedroom. Thank you Kustom Yakima WA Team!

Doesn’t pick up the phone, adds extra fees without telling you, takes forever to respond to communications, missed some of the work they were supposed to do. Stuck in a loop with this company and wish I could take back hiring them
