If you looking for a great rental company..this is not the one you will not get anything fixed if it’s broken..the only thing they do is ask for your name and your phone number as if they don’t have this information already but nothing gets fixed..your light bill may be higher than rent due to none of the houses being insulated..ac was broken all summer and yet nobody has came to look or even checked to see what the problem is and it is now winter..praying the heat continues to work..they are horrible with fixing anything broken in your home DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!! Let’s not forget I pay my rent on time and have every receipt to prove it!!!!!

I'm a single mom of three i lived on one of there properties and i fell on real hard times my bank account was hacked. They worked with me never made me feel little i still owe them. They allowed me time to get out. It was hard alone but i can say they had compassion. While i was there i was bit by a spider and they had my house exterminated inside and out till i was happy. Only me and God know the gratitude i have for them. As soon as this is settled with this bank , I plan on paying them back.

I won't lie...I read the reviews and was instantly afraid to rent from this business. I was in a situation to where my past landlord evicted me, rather than fix problems in the apartment. I came to L&R and was totally honest with them....letting them know of my eviction. I don't know if YOU know...but evictions on your record is a huge red flag for realtors. However....these folks gave me a chance...giving me and my kids an awesome house to live in. They will never know how grateful I am. I was living from pillar to post....folks beating me for money just to stay in a room. I can't speak for other tenants....but I'm thankful.

Evan Aguilar was very rude and not helpful. He wasn’t interested in answering any questions for whatever reason. You all need to find someone else to answer phones that has no problem being informative. When someone calls with questions, the individual answering the phone should be willing/able to answer. If you do not desire to help people, find a new job!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM L&R, Especially if your a single mother. The owner plays to be sweet until he gets your money then he is the biggest slumlord just pure evil.
In addition the owner is an elderly and i mean southern segregation elderly which is why I tried to excuse his rude remarks towards me as I rented from him I was homeless coming from sleeping in my car and he completely took advantage of that i moved into the home having to clean it DEEPLY there were still things in the home that belonged to the family that was there before me, the home was also infested with poisonous spiders and roaches there were roach eggs in the vents roach feses on the sockets and spiderwebs in every cabinet and corner i slept in my car for a whole month while playing exterminator ,after I'd rented the place, because of the condition it was in when I got it. So fast forward I no longer want to live somewhere where if I ask for something to be fixed or taken care of my needs are disregarded and the owner constantly says offensive,rascist, and belitting things I'd rather live on the street so I moved!!!! This racist prick tried to keep the whole entire $1100 deposit and told me he knew I couldn't afford a lawyer so call who I want when I told him I'd recorded him telling me that he was keeping my deposit because of twigs and leaves in the back yard and furniture in my front yard (No damges inside of the home only improvements) the same furniture he told me to place there because he said the city would get it his response was he's "not recordable" but there is a God and I will be getting my deposit back tomorrow not the whole thing of course he has to pay someone 200$ to get the branches and leaves from the back yard that are entirely to big for me to move on my own thanks to Irma even though that was a nature issue and lawn care was not part of my lease agreement because I didnt even have a lawn I had dirt? but I'll let him keep that because he has no choice but to give me at least 90% of the deposit back it just makes me feel good as evil as he tried to be to me and not give me anything at all he has to give up almost all of it. I am currently talking to the lawyer "that I can't afford" about going forward with a lawsuit. I'd rather move into a rowdy trailer park then rent from him ever again!!!

Impossible to get ahold of. Answering machines have existed for decades. "I'll pass it along" must be their mission over there. Don't expect anything resembling speedy customer service. They must think very little of their renters.

On their online applications you don't even have to touch a button and it'll come up that you were evicted when you never was and you try to let them know and they don't get back to you or anything
