My first bad experience with this company was discovering some problems with the apartment I had just signed a lease for. The kitchen had some major problems that I didn't notice until I started using it. The worst problem was that the main countertop had no support at one end. So if you leaned on it it would give way, or go down. I tried various blocks of wood for 2 1/2 years !
