We have had a business relationship with Penelope and her team for over 3 years, when they began managing our rental property through its recent sale. We could not have asked for better. They found outstanding tenants, stayed on top of all maintenance issues, and kept up excellent communication, even when we were stationed halfway around the world. Excellent experience!

I worked with Sabrina Thomas and, hands down, she was the best person I've ever worked with. My parents were with me during my house rental search and we all enjoyed her intelligence, personable attitude, and genuine enjoyment of helping me find a place to stay. Unfortunately, the place I wanted had a policy against pets so I was unable to rent from her but she was so awesome, I just wanted to pass my fantastic experience on to whomever might read this.

We are a Military Family and were lucky enough to be stationed in Washington for a second time. We rented a great house through Dupont Realty before the Lacey Office opened.
The Lacey Team is very responsive and always progfessional Maintenance Issues are resolved as fast as they can be.
Sabrina is always a joy to talk to and handles a huge job greatly!
Sarah made move out a breeze and is on top of all the paperwork needed to get done~

I just signed a new lease in the 2nd house I've rented with Lacey Realty. Everything I've done with them has gone smoothly. I had to leave the first house due to the owner selling it, and they let me sign a lease in a new place while finishing out the lease in my old one. My husband and I are super busy and work a lot, so we needed all the time we could get for the move. They were very patient and accommodating and I appreciate that greatly. The move out was easy.. I did lose some of my deposit, but all of the charges were fair and we knew about them up front. (They charge everyone a carpet cleaning fee unless you pay someone yourself. They also charge you for new locks. The rest of the charges were for cleaning/replacing filters and things you'd expect. Nothing outrageous or unfair which landlords are often known for.)

The only real con I can think of is that they allowed realtors to show my old house without giving me notice. That was extremely frustrating. But I'll take that over bigger problems I've encountered with other property managers. I'd recommend this team to anyone and I plan on continuing doing business with them in the future.
