Laina did an absolutely fantastic job for us! We relocated from Florida to Washington state, and we were connected with Laina by chance through the Zillow app, and boy did we get lucky! As we found homes that we were interested in looking at, Laina would go to the house and tour us around via FaceTime, where she showed us things that couldn't be seen with the photos on the listings. Laina understood the importance of sharing every square inch of the houses as we couldn't be here in person. She was very thorough in getting any and all pertinent information on each house and as she got to know us more, she'd have the info ready without us even asking for it.
