Lake Anna Realty is an embarrassment. I've been trying to book a house on Lake Anna for 8 days and have yet to receive a call back from anyone. I submitted a booking request on Sunday and expected a call to process payment, as was indicated on the booking request, that following Monday. After not receiving a call Monday, I called Tuesday at 1 PM and the rental agent was out of the office for the day. The lady on the phone had a horrible tone and gave me the rental agent's cell phone number. I called the cell phone number and the rental agent told me she thought that house was booked for the week I requested but would check and call me back within 30 minutes. The booking calendar on the website still has the house listed as available for that week as I type this review. No call came back within 30 minutes, or even within 24 hours. So I tried again and the rental agent was out of the office for the day. I asked the lady on the phone if she could possibly help me out, or even let me know if the house was available. She rudely indicated that she was the was the sales agent and had nothing to do with the rentals but I could text the rental agent. I called the rental agent's cell phone again and left a voicemail, again, just seeking information to see if the house was available and what we needed to do to get it reserved. No call back. I called again today, 7 days after the original booking request and spoke with the head broker, Tom, who informed me that they don't reserve homes for a weekend more than a week out of the booking. This was news to me and didn't see that information any where on the website, even though the home is available for weekend rental. Tom put me through the Robin, the expert rental agent, and she acted like she had never spoke to me. She said the house I wanted was booked that week. This place sucks and the people are miserable. Considering the unprofessional manner and the tone the employees had with me, I'm sure other people have had this same experience.

I rented a vacation home for a week from Lake Anna Realty, which was not as advertised. This home, Lakin it Easy is not a 3 bedroom home. Rather a 2 bedroom with a loft which is used as a master bedroom offers no door and no privacy!!!
When we arrived we found the home dirty with mold and mildew growing on the shower liners- food and Grease on the "clean" dishes, flatware and pots and pans. The coffe pot was broken- was offered a single cup pot for 24 hours, as we could not find one to purchase- the caregivers brought a new one, and left it for us.
The hot water allows for only 1 shower- not enough by any standards for any family to shower!!
The laundry is outside in a small add on with the dryer vented subfloor- leaving the area moldy smelling and clothes that take forever to dry.
Almost all of the lightbulbs needed to be replaced- by me.
After many years of positive vacation rentals at Lake Anna and other areas, this is the worst experience we have ever had! I will not be using Lake Anna Realty again, as I don't believe any of the issues shared with them were resolved properly save for the coffee pot!
I will also be posting a formal letter of complaint to Lake Anna Realty's Broker .

Excellent service. I bought my first house using them and it was a great experience. They are experts in the Lake Anna area. There are other agents out there but its good to have one that really knows their stuff. These people do.

Wanted to check into renting a house for the 4th of July. Agent said she’d look for me, never called back. I called her. Said she was sorry and would get back with me ASAP! Never called back again. Won’t ever use them again.

Utterly one of the most twisted dishonest realtors at lake Anna. The employees go out of their way to be dismissive and hide behind “in on my cell phone” as as an excuse. Its 2018 - educate yourself on proper business/customer service/cell phone usage. Homeowners - wondering why your house goes un rented in the summer? Dishonest management.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! BEWARE, THEY ARE NOT I REPEAT THEY ARE NOT HONEST. THEIR LACK PROFESSIONALISM IS MATCHED ONLY BY DONALD TRUMP. After numerous attempts at communicating with Robyn we received no return calls or emails as promised.
