I feel that I should potentially write three reviews because we have had Lake Land Builders LLC build us a house in Stoughton then they finished our basement. Now they have built us a second house in Verona. Working with Lake Land Builders has been very easy. They worked with us every step of the way in designing what we wanted in our homes. Even allowing for my whims in wanting tiles instead of stacked stone on the fireplaces. They finished both builds within the time that was originally discussed. Plus they were very kind when it came to asking a lot of questions during my first build.

I would highly recommend this group and in fact I have to my co-workers. Hopefully I am not building again anytime soon but if I was I would reach back out to Lake Land for the job. Also, being a veteran I love that this company is veteran owned!!!

Lake land is building a house next door to us in a new development.Their project management has been outstanding.
There's a house going up across the street by another builder and the differences are stark. Lake Lands site is clean and orderly. Subs show up and do outstanding work. I don't know these guys, but I think I'd trust them to build a house for me.

Very good experience. These guys built us a beautiful home, on time and on budget. It was the beginning of Covid, the supply chain was a mess but they did exactly what they promised. Project manager was excellent, nothing was a problem and the overall experience was very cool. We have heard some real nightmare stories but these guys really made the whole process stress-free.

Cannot recommend this company too much.
