We are currently new to the Birmingham area and like many grandparents followed our children and grand baby to Birmingham. This was a huge decision for us to leave our home town of Panama City, Florida. We knew we wanted to be in the Hoover area due to its great location. The house search began and we found ourselves gravitating to Signature neighborhoods. Then specifically to Lake Wilborn, at the end of every long house hunting day we always ended up in LW. Lake Wilborn has something for everyone from the very young to the young at heart. The sense of community makes you feel like you are part of a caring family! The entire team works together to produce not just a house but a home. We absolutely love Lake Wilborn! It is like a resort with a neighborhood. Zero entry pool, food trucks, farmers market, events, movie in the Parc, etc. So many things to do without ever leaving the subdivision. And within minutes of fine dining, fast food, grocery stores, boutiques, specialty shops. We can’t say enough good things about where we live!
