In short: Amazing apartment, amazing leasing staff, beautiful scenery.

We are first time apartment owners, but Pam in the leasing office made us feel right at home. Very friendly, informative, and will help you any way she can! We love our view, the looks of the apartment, as well as the in-unit appliances. Most beautiful apartment I have toured in San Diego for the price point, which resulted in us calling lakeview 88 our home.

Lakeview 88, new maintenance guy has been nothing but efficient, and more than timely. Also very gracious to me and my family, he even noticed my air filter was gross. He’s Definitely been the most pro active maintenance guy since being here (2019). Thank you D !

I had made an appointment online to view these apartments and when my husband and I walked in we just felt unwelcomed by the two women upfront in the leasing office. Didn’t even get their names that’s how unwelcoming they were. We were a few minutes early and had two little ones with us so maybe that was the issue but they just kinda looked at us like we had interrupted their time. I really wanted to like the place but such a turnoff their customer service was.

I keep calling the apartments and they never pick up the phone . When finally someone picked up I think her name was sandy she was really rude and condescending. Dodged a bullet because I wanted to move here .
