If you have a family, and are looking to buy a home, DO NOT Buy from LAMB AND CO, and JL REMODEL. The twins use this guys services, and push him to do hack work. If you ask around town there are contractors that refuse to work with the twins because they care about their reputation. These people will cut corners just to make a show and sell a home. If you are considering buying anything with their name on it please hire an experienced contractor, or look for an experienced inspector that does NOT work for realestate agents. These people will plaster over rot, and mold. The pictures posted are the ones that broke the camels back for me. Both my daughter and I have been dealing with health issues the past few months. No parent should have to watch their kids health decline because of careless work. The pics that are posted are of a 60+ year old septic line that they failed to address when updating the plumbing to the "add on". It looked like the seal had failed years ago so they used some form of pipe dope to stop a leak. To complete the run to the new septic tank would of been effortless, if you were already putting in new plumbing. Lucky for me the home owner I had to remove raw septic from under the house and replace the line. Because of this my daughter, and wife are both on respiratory treatments. If you have a family please use good judgement before buying one of their fixer uppers.
