Working with Lana was a great experience for us from the very start of our home buying process till the very end. Lana walked us through the entire process which made it easy as we had lots of questions and doubts as first time home buyers. She was always in touch with us, provided us with her professional opinion on the houses and locations we were interested in. Lana is very attentive to details when showing houses so we always knew what to expect if we would choose a house.

She has a lot of experience and is excellent at negotiating with other agents which in the end played a huge role in winning our offer.

Besides all the above Lana has great connections and introduced an excellent loan officer to us, thanks to their work together before/after submitting the offer we were able to close and had our move-in in about 2 weeks.

Lana helped us sell our home in Martinez. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the process and she did not cut any corners. She knew our goal was to get the best price, so she made recommendations for small updates and she hired cleaners, window washers, stagers, etc to get the house in tip top shape. She researched the market and was able to connect with another realtor whose client had her eye on our specific neighborhood. After a private showing, we accepted the offer before it went to market.

Fun fact: she is also a lawyer, so she knows the paperwork like the back of her hand. She walked us through the important parts. She is by the book, which I appreciate. We moved out of area, so used a different realtor to buy a home, but she read our new CC&Rs for us and picked up on information that I had missed or didn’t fully understand.

I have no doubt that Lana had our best interest the entire time. I would 100% hire her again.

Lana is clearly an expert in her field. She was super responsive and helpful to me as a first time buyer. I would recommend her to anyone purchasing in the Bay Area due to her knowledge about the market, business relationships and desire to have her clients truly be happy in their new home. Although she was on vacation she still helped me close on time before my lease ended. She has also helped a friend of mine, and stuck it out with her for 2 years while she changed locations and requirements, now my friend loves her new home as well!

Working with realtors in the passed I have felt confused and like just a number to them. Lana worked with my tiny budget (for SF!) and we were able to find my dream home.

Absolutely enjoyed working with Lana through the entire process. If not Lana, I wouldn't buy a house of my dream! She is that person who pays attention to all details and who you can definitely rely on. The first time we met with Lana and she asked some basic questions to start an ideal house hunting. To be honest, I was picky about every place we looked at but Lana never pushed me, she was just making notes and adjusting her search results to what I was looking for. When we found my ideal place, this is when I discovered a real Lana. It is important to note that Lana has a law degree from Santa Clara University. Not a single paper slipped away Lana's eyes. She went through hundreds of pages on her own, analyzing every sentence and presenting me the summary for all important things. Everyone was under Lana's supervision: seller's realtor, mortgage brokers, notary, house insurance and even me. I cannot be thankful enough to Lana for her incredible support and hard work that we went through. It's been a month after I got my first ever offer accepted and she still being in touch if I have any questions.
It's easy to find a place that you like but it's hard to get it without future regrets and the right Realtor!
