Throughout the entire process, Lance helped us in our search, by evaluating our needs, making suggestions and pointing out the pros and cons of the various communities we looked at. his extensive knowledge of the area was of immense help in picking just the right location. When we ultimately made an offer on our new home, Lance helped us through every aspect of the transaction making sure we fully understood the terms of the Purchase and Sale agreement, and keeping us updated with its' progress. When we had questions, his response was immediate. Lance even went to bat for us as our lender was somewhat lackadaisical in their communications with us.
