My wife and I want to thank Jerry and the team of professionals at LDP for their quick response to a "failed drain field, urgent emergency". We are very pleased you were recommended and then relieved you were able to go to work on short notice and have it completed in a timely fashion, professionally done. Equally pleasing, exceeding my expectations, was to see the property restored to its previous condition. All that's needed is grass seed. Also out of pocket cost was actually less than the contracted agreement called for. You set a high benchmark in business practice.
I realize the necessity of coordination with a plumber to make all this happen. We're very grateful here that you did make it happen, and in only a few days to completion. I don't expect I'll need the services you provide again but highly recommend you to those who will.
