I was extremely happy with the service department. David goes above and beyond. Always kept me informed of where my vehicle was in terms of repairs. And when complications arose he made it very smooth for me that I was not inconvenienced in any way. The service technician Josh was very polite and professional. He took the time to test drive and fully understand what my vehicle complaint was, and was able to fix my problem in minimal time. Everyone treated me with the utmost respect throughout my purchase experience. I went to the dealership intending to only look at the Defender. Maryorie kindly suggested a CPO knowing my budget and trade in car so I wouldn't walk out and wait for another year to purchase a new vehicle.

I never thought I’d be writing a review about a car dealership, but here we are—and I have to say, White Plains Land Rover really impressed me.

My wife had her heart set on a new BMW X4M, so we searched around and found what seemed like a “too good to be true” deal.

It was an X4 M40xi, a 2024 model, while the X4M comps in our budget were all 2020 to 2022.

She also needed to trade in her previous X3, so we had a lot to figure out.

From the first moment we spoke with Ryan Lewis, we were pleasantly surprised.

He was professional, genuinely nice, and—get this—not pushy.

We’d been to Mount Kisco and a few other dealers (who shall remain nameless) and it was like stepping into a circus.

One place offered us $24K for her 2022 X4, which had a gorgeous red interior, the M package, and only 16K miles.

It felt like we were getting lowballed left and right, with dealers eagerly putting their hands out to shake on awful deals.

When we called White Plains Land Rover, Ryan had the car ready for us when we arrived—keys out and ready to test drive.

My wife fell in love with it. Getting a practically brand-new BMW X4 for significantly less than the comps was amazing, plus it’s still under warranty for years.

The process was smooth, and they offered us 20% more on the trade-in than other places.

We walked away with positive equity, didn’t put anything down, and got a great rate—without any pressure to sign up for extras we didn’t want.

From start to finish, it took a few hours, and between Ryan, the general manager, and the finance manager, we felt treated fairly and respectfully.

Everything was straightforward, no nonsense. We’ll definitely be recommending White Plains Land Rover to our friends and family.

I made an online inquiry about a used Land Rover. The sales manager responded to the inquiry via email, and asked if I had specific questions. I gave him a few questions I was hoping to get answered before I made the trek to the dealership. He never answered my email. I’m assuming the vehicle was sold since it’s no longer on their website. You’d think the “sales manager” would be better at communicating with potential customers.

Cesare was great. He stood way past his time to make sure I had everything I needed. I had no appointment, I just walked in with the intent to buy and he made it clear that it was his intent to help and I really appreciated that.
