They are slumlords who don’t fix anything. They are very rude and the manager Josie has an attitude problem. She thinks she’s better than everyone and is so unprofessional. She doesn’t return calls or emails. They will find any way they can to raise your rent and when you move steal your deposit so they don’t have to return it. They make you pay for things they needed to do to the rentals anyway. Don’t even bother to tell them about issues your having because they will find a way to blame you. I had black mold growing in my bathroom and her and her staff told me I needed to clean it while I was pregnant and if I couldn’t my husband needed to even though there wasn’t an exhaust fan to prevent this, it was still my fault. Another tenant had a roach infestation and when I asked for my unit to be treated for preventing the spread they told I needed to pay for it even after I started seeing them in my unit. I asked for safer shower doors as my son is special needs and glass shower doors are a danger to him and she never got back to me on the subject as if her tenants safety didn’t matter to her. She also felt it was necessary to share my medical information with her maintenance man who in turn told other tenants my private business. Steer completely clear of these people!

We have rented with them for over a year and have had 0 problems. If we have to call in for maintenance, it is usually taken care of within 2-3 business days. The office staff is always courteous and helpful to us. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to rent an apartment.

Worst mistake I've ever made renting from them years ago. Started off 3 months in got a call saying I hadn't paid my rent for 2 months prior. Brought a copy of the check they cashed and cleared that up. Next Upstairs bathroom pipe broke and ruined the ceiling. Took 6 months of having a 3 foot hole in the living room before they finally sent someone to only cover it with sheet rock and leave. No paint no finish. This was a really nice house in a really nice neighborhood. I was paying top dollar. Couldn't wait for lease to be up and when it was I gave them a 30 day notice and moved out. Neved recieved my partial deposit due. I JUST CHECKED MY CREDIT AND FOUND A PUBLIC JUDGEMENT FOR EVICTION FILED MONTHS AFTER I MOVED OUT. $7200. I was never ever notified of anything. 100 percent illegal and they have no idea if you even pay your rent. I have to file a law suit. They destroyed my credit and have no clue if you even pay your rent. Stay away. During my lease with them they went from having a huge office/building in Turlock to single cubical in the corner of larger business and it was for a reason. I'm in shock to say the least.

I am a property owner, and have to say from my perspective this is not easy whatsoever. Through it all (renter issues, property issues, property renovation, etc) the management at Landlords has gotten me through in a professional, fair (on both sides), and conscientious manner. I thank them tremendously for their help.
