Got linked up with Liz through Rocket Mortgage, and I couldn't have done any better if I hand picked my realtor myself..me and my wife had to put alot of faith in her and she came through in every way possible. Living 8 hours from where your looking is a little stressful to say the least, and she is just down right a GREAT PERSON. She'll tell you the honest truth whether you want to hear it or not, and it's always with your best interest at heart.

She had our best interest at heart, and went OVER and beyond to find us our forever home. She spent 8 months working with us, and never gave up!! She was so honest while touring homes, which is so hard to find. We closed on our house recently, and she made every step flawless. Diana Grandt is a true asset to Landmark Realty.
I started working with Diana in July. I told her what I liked and didn't like in homes and my budget. She didn't once try to talk me out of homes I saw potential in or sell me a home she knew I'd not be happy living in.
She went out of her way to contact my mortgage broker when I couldn't get them to answer my calls.
Together we found my Forever Home. She even made sure the broker added an item at closing they over looked in my contract.
I highly recommend Diana to anyone. She is professional, patient, and has her clients' best interest at heart when buying their home.

This is our 2nd review for Audrey after a recent home sell which occurred in the spring of 2020. I could say a lot of things, but I think the most impactful things I could state fall within 2 categories of integrity and hard work.

Audrey will do what is right and is as straightforward as they come. If Audrey says she will do something it typically happens within the hour if not by the end of the day. I never had to worry if something was going to get done. For example. We have a very challenging closing which had lots of moving parts which could have caused things to be missed. I was watching for certain things which before I could ask Audrey about them she was already moving into those directions to get resolution.

Nice job, Audrey. You were a big help to us and we'll be sure to recommend others to seek our you and Landmark out for their realty needs!
