We recently moved here and just: wow! Love the ladies at the front desk. They’re extremely welcoming and helpful! The gym is clean and has the perfect equipment. The indoor pool is such a blessing on cold and rainy days for my kids to let out some energy as well as the game room with old school air hockey and Pac-Man machine. We will be enjoying this place for many years to come!!

I’ve lived in Landsdowne my entire life and been lifting at the Landsdowne HOA for several years, this place has always been super neatly kept and the workers have been very friendly.. until they hired this elderly woman. This woman is extremely disrespectful and rude, it is enough to ruin your experience and make you not want to return to the HOA.

Pool is always cloudy and dirty. One lifeguard went asleep on the job with sunglasses and another one told a guest that it wasn’t a lifeguard’s job to vacuum the pool, but they somehow fire the black lifeguard who ALWAYS shows up on time and does his job simply because he got off the lifeguard chair to go to the pump room to add acid to the hot tub. The old guy that gave this kid an attitude acted as if grown adults can’t go unsupervised in a 5 foot pool for a few minutes. Very weird, ignorant, and suspicious. 🤔
Mind you, the chemicals must be properly adjusted to avoid irritating the skin and eyes of the guests. A female lifeguard that shows up after him is always 10-20 minutes late so why not replace her as well? Finding a new establishment. The way this place is ran is disgusting!

Good if you want to get your bikes stolen! I walk in there with a good attitude and nothing but rude women telling me they don’t have outside cameras and I should’ve “locked my bike up better”. Good to hear they’re looking after you. NOT. I’ve been a resident for years and every time we come in the people are never nice and ready to give you a snarky remark about the rules. I would say your better off going to the Lansdowne resort pool.

I have lived in Lansdowne all my life and I can strongly say that the women operating the clubhouse and at the front desk are some of the rudest that I have seen in my life. They do not care about your feelings neither do they care about your life. It is almost disgusting. Fix your workers then expect a better community. It starts with the small things.
