I responded to a craigslist ad that had information of a property that was for lease. The ad said that it would be $2,000 a month for to garage spaces and when I called Larry he asured me that it was still available and that he could meet me at the location. He also told me that it comes with a fenced lot in the back that would be included. When I arrived at the location I met with Larry and some other people which I had no idea who they were until later. Larry showed me the garages and after he spoke with the other "gentleman" he began to change the price and conditions that was advertised discusssed over the phone about. He they raised the price and said that it would be $2,500 and that the other areas were not available. Then I said he had told me a cheaper price before and that I would do it for the price we agreed on earlier that day. He quickly said no and said that he can't do that and I told him that it was a bait and switch and he should change his ad to have the correct information. He was rude and as far as I can tell the ad is still up. Rude, he lied to me and was completely unprofessional towards me. I came in there to lease a spot and was going to pay cash but it looks like he got mad after the bait and switch did not work on me. Will never work with him again.
