HORRIBLE. Lived here for a little over two years. My first year was decent for apartment living but went downhill quickly. You can hear EVERYTHING. Every little step, every time the toilet flushes above you. Utilities are insanely high for an apartment. The elevators are CONSTANTLY out of service. There's dog piss everywhere in the parking garage. Cars are always getting broken into, hence the 'don't leave valuables in your car' signs everywhere. Because the security gates are never closed or on any kind of schedule at all? The FOB they give you for the gate doesn't work either of course! And when you move out don't bother cleaning, they will charge you regardless. I scrubbed my walls floor oven refrigerator microwave doesn't matter, $150 charge. And if you have a pet, they WILL be charging you to replace the carpet. I just received my move out ledger for $900. For a CLEAN apartment with no serious damage and minor wear and tear for a 2 year lease. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

I moved to Latitude 47 on April 1st of 2024. The best thing about living here is the maintenance crew. These guys are phenomenal! Everytime I put in a work order in the morning, they are there that day to take care of whatever needs fixing. If I put in the work order late in the day, then they are there the next morning. They are respectful, extremely good at their job, and the work they do is quality work. The day before I moved in the elevator was broken, but the next day, when I moved into my upper floor unit, the elevator was working. The other reason I love living here is Hillary, one of the staff that works in the office. She is the nicest and does whatever she can to make me feel like this is now my home. Thank you Hillary and the maintenance crew for making me feel at home in my new home.

**Take photos moving in AND moving out** Great location, nice amenities, run by thieves. I lived here February 2023-January 2024 in a 1Bed 1Bath unit and never had any issues until the move out. When I spoke to the lady in the office about what to expect in move out costs, she was so reassuring that it would be abnormal to see more than a couple hundred dollars in fees. Got my final ledger in the mail weeks later for $1,000 ($170 of that being my final WSG bills) AFTER applying my security deposit. I had a kitten for 5 months of living there with just myself and I know I didn’t cause $1,000 in damage. I nicely asked for explanations, proof of damages, explained that I’m between jobs and just moved into a new apartment by myself so money is very tight. The office gave me the cold shoulder, no compassion, no real proof, just emails telling me that’s how it is and to pay them $334 a month for the next 3 months. I would avoid this place unless you don’t care about giving away money.
**UPDATE** My first payment was scheduled for a Saturday via cashiers check only. I emailed them that I don’t have the funds to pay that way since I’m doing courses for employment. Even offered a new date for when I can make payment. They emailed me today (Monday) that my account got sent to collections for not making payment. They wouldn’t have even been able to get the check until today cuz nobody is in the office on weekends. These people are money hungry, selfish and unafraid to hurt people to get their money. STEER CLEAR.

I live at this location from November 2022 to August 2023, and I can not stress enough do NOT move into this complex. If you live on the first floor the hallway constantly smells like sewage; my car was stolen from my assigned spot, but of course all of the cameras only face the elevators so no help there; I was charged over $1,000 on move out fees from “pet urine stains” on areas of the carpet that not only could my female dog, not feasibly pee on, but we’re covered by my bed and nightstand the entire time I lived there, which tells me they didn’t change the carpet before hand. Seriously the location is not even worth the hassle of living in this place. Choose any of the other complexes in the near area.

I lived in the Latitude 47 APT for 6 months and it was not bad to live except EXTREMELY slow ELEVATOR and locked in once.
When I moved out I had the Walk-Through with their staff and everything was fine just need to be clean.
I also have the signed Move-Out Inspection Statement and do not show that need to be replaced the Carpet but they charge me $2,000 for replacement carpet without any notice. I called them and they said that they found out pet damaged after I moved out and they told me that they will send it to collections agency if I don't pay that. That is really ridiculous and I do not recommend this apartment. If I could give 0 star, I would...

We have been in our apartment for about 90 days and for the first time ever I like living in an apartment. We never hear our neighbors. The area is really nice to be in with the coffee shop downstairs and restaurants too. They are very dog-friendly and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. It isn't perfect, they could use a cleaning person that cleans the elevators and things several times a week but if the people who lived there took pride in their "home" it wouldn't be needed. It is the best Apartments in the area and in the best school district.

At first I left a great review for this place because I never had issues, paid my rent on time , the location was good and the staff were really friendly. But then I moved out, had to relocate for work across the country. I got the bill in the mail from them a few weeks later for my move out fees(it was $500 I owed for just cleaning even though my apartment was already cleaned and I had paid a 400 deposit when I moved in) with no due date or even a return address to send the check to. So as soon as I was able to after settling in to my new place, I signed and mailed my check back, not even a day later, I started getting harassed by a collections agency demanding the money....These jokers sent me to collections not even a month after I got the bill in the mail, no follow up calls or letters or anything, they just instantly sent me to collections. After all those years of being a perfect tenant, that's how they decided to treat me.

The worst management of any apartment complex I've ever experienced! Every interaction was rude, management was hard to reach, and they were always snarky in their communication. Move-out fees were VERY high despite having a sparkling clean apartment. Packages pile up all over the lobby for tenants who refuse to pay the package center fee despite management claiming they'll remove the packages or not allow drop offs outside of locker boxes. Elevator can take forever during high-traffic hours if it’s working. The lounge/rooftop were closed indefinitely for COVID and the rooftop typically is only open between Memorial Day - Labor Day! despite Tacoma's mild weather near year round. The only saving grace was the location in UP. Latitude 47 has shown time and time again their inability to be the slightest bit accommodating or capable of doing their jobs and caring for good tenants. Hope this is useful for potential future tenants.
