I had the pleasure of meeting Laura through a mutual friend. And I’m so glad our mutual friend introduced us as I was looking for a tenant for the first time for my previous home. The first time we spoke over the phone Laura walked me through the entire process and explained what to expect and general timeline. I was really looking for an experienced agent in my area and Laura fit the bill on all accounts. She’s local to the Peninsula, her family has been in the real estate business for a very long time, and she is generally a very personable individual. So I was very much looking forward to working with Laura. Laura was also very responsive to emails and texts which was highly appreciated since I wanted to get new tenants in sooner than later. My wife and I were first-time homebuyers and did a rather long and exhaustive search for a buyers agent. We are thrilled that we decided to go with Laura. Most importantly, I truly think that Laura's demeanor and transparency helped us secure our home. In working with the listing agent, she clearly communicated expectations and managed the process fairly and professionally. I trust that Laura has a great reputation amongst realtors and that listing agents enjoy working with her, which was critical in us winning the bid for our home.

There are many reasons that we were completely satisfied in our choice to work with Laura for buying our first home. Laura participated in my final walk through with the departing tenants, identifying several repair items that I hadn’t noticed. She put together a punch list of items for maintenance and repair to ready the property for listing and assisted me in managing the service providers to that end.
