Laura and her team helped me sell my condo in the summer/fall of 2018. I'm not going to lie, my condo was a challenge to sell - from location, HOA challenges, repairs needed, through to a nervous buyer. Laura and her team did a phenomenal job selling our home at top dollar in a very challenging market. With interest rates quickly rising and getting close to the winter/holiday season, we weren't optimistic that we would sell the house at the price we needed. Laura and her team proved us wrong.
