I've been living here for 2 years now and I can firmly say these are the worst managed apartments I've lived in by far.

Let's start with the constant water shut-offs with no prior update. These are a very common occurrence there and can take place on weekday morning all the way to 9pm. AN ENTIRE DAY WITH NO WATER. Occasionally they decide on shutting off the water on weekends when everyone and their families are at home.

I agree with the other reviews that the pool is constantly closed. Keypad gates are constantly broken and useless. The car entrance gate worked for about a week then went back to it's regular state of being broken.

There is 1 maintenance employee for the entire complex with a very bad system of "Ill drop in whenever I want to fix it" Expect the usual landlord special repair.

The move in process is very detached. I remember my apartment wasn't ready for move in on my lease start date and they tried to get me to choose a different apartment. Not honoring the contract from the renters side is wildly unprofessional and a complete double standard considering the fees associated if the tenants broke contract.

Rent from here at your own risk and I would greatly consider renting outside of UDR apartments. They all seem to be very poorly managed.

Horrible place to live, constant water shutoffs without notice, pool is almost never open and always dirty. It is “gated” but the gate is always open and homeless people come in and steal clothes out of the laundry room.

Every service request seems to be like pulling teeth with the management. The maintenance tech will come and tell you what needs to be done but before anything can be fixed it has to be approved. After that they’ll send more people to look at but not fix the problem. At this point they have sent over 4 different people to look at the kitchen cabinets but nothing being done. Unfortunately it’s like this with every service request, which is frustrating after almost 7 years of being a resident here. We pay the rent increase every year, the least we can expect is for them to be repaired.

I knocked on the door at the front office and was greeted by Oscar who was able to give me a lot of information regarding how to view available apartments at this complex. Very satisfied with his professionalism! 🙂

This place used to be well run many years ago. Now management are ghosts. Their is no way to get ahold of anybody running the place except thru the app which only let's you contact maintenance. Their is no on-site staff. If you call the number given good luck. Every year they raise your rent as much as they can. I had a $220 increase one year. Problems like the hole in the laundry room roof take over a year to get repaired. They never inform you of anything like when they changed the gate code that left so many people stuck outside the apt complex for hours one night. The list goes on and on. This place is not run very well at all.

Moved in last month and am loving our little community. The office staff is very welcoming and helpful. Our neighbors have been so welcoming, and our kids have made fast friends here, and love playing at the park. Love taking our dog to the dark park here, the gym is great, and maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner. These are safe, quiet, friendly, apartments.

I didn’t want to write a negative review but this has been a huge issue and needs to be addressed. I was excited to apply for these apartments and paid $600 for background checks and “deposits”. After being denied I have waited 3 weeks for my money to be returned “in the mail via check” which they promised would arrive within two weeks at the very latest. They are impossible to contact by the phone, every time I attempt to cal I am taken in circles and not given an option to leave a voicemail or talk to someone. The only time I am able to speak to someone is when I choose the option of being interested in renting one of their “luxury apartments” LOL. Negative stars Laurel Tree.
