Dale Lawrence is a compassionate administrator that mixes complete competence in property management with an unique ability to understand a renters situation and solve problems quickly. As a renter I had a refrigerator go out in a heat wave and when Dale knew I was a diabetic with insulin in there he had a new refrigerator in the house within hours and gave me suggestions on how to save insulin in meantime. I would highly recommend Dale as a property manager. He’s the real deal.
