Lea was absolutely wonderful to work with! She really knows her stuff and is extremely knowledgeable about the northern Vermont area specifically. She was extremely patient and after 6 months of helping me see so many great homes she found me a great house on a really nice piece of land! Lea is a superb real estate agent. She has over 25 years experience and knows both buying and selling inside out! When some unexpected problems arose and as our buying agent she was a firm and skilled negotiator. As first time home buyers she was excellent at educating us, and quickly grasped what neighborhoods and type of home would be suitable for us. She also recommended multiple sources for various services (lawyers, inspectors, carpentry, lawn care, shopping etc.) who she and her past clients had been happy with. She was on call seven days a week and was always easy to reach. She is a very hard worker, is also fun to work with, and clearly enjoys helping others find their dream home. What complaints can I think of? None really ... her texts sometimes have typos ... but so do mine!
