Josh is very professional in both buying and selling. When I bought the house remotely, Josh is able to give me reasonable expectation to the house, mentioning potential issues. When we made an offer, Josh got additional $5000 closing credit for us, which is a surprise. The entire process is very smooth even I bought the house remotely.

Two years later, we planned to sell the house. Josh did good market analysis. We finally got offers higher than the listing price. Before closing, Josh did lots of work like scheduling repairs, fixing low appraisal and made it close successfully. Again, the entire process was done when I was remote.

He is a very kind person. When I first talked with him, I felt very comfortable and was very glad to have more conversations with him. I really recommend Josh for any business!

Josh is a hero. My wife and I had all of the trouble with getting our home sold when interest rates were climbing, the market was coming to a halt and winter was closing in on Fairbanks. We must have hit every speed bump along the way but Josh Leaders was there for us through all of it. He continued to put in the extra effort helping us get the home sold. Once we had moved out leaving the home vacant he was there regularly to ensure all was still in good order for showings and kept us in the loop throughout the process.
