Terrible communication. Wouldn’t fix anything that I asked them to or respond timely. And then kept most of my security deposit, after a 54 day notice that I was moving out. They moved new tenants in when I was still paying for the place, and if I never went to check on the apartment I would have never known. Would give 0 stars if possible

Had a good experience renting from Ledgeworks. Zach was amazing throughout my entire time there. I had a few “work orders” throughout my tenancy that were handled quickly and professionally. Yes, it’s hard to find rentals in the Upper Valley and YES, units are expensive. Most of the units appear to be in older buildings that were given a facelift. My unit was reasonably priced for what I got. I had to break my lease right after re-upping and they were very accommodating. As another reviewer stated, move quickly as units are snatched up.

Anyone who lives in the upper valley knows that finding a place to live is a bit of a challenge. Fortunately, I was able to find a decent apartment via this company. While I do think some of their units are a bit overpriced, Lisa (one of the leasing agents) did a fantastic job with helping me find a unit.

I would, however, make mention that if you plan on leasing a unit through this company, make sure you do it quickly. Units are taken fast.

OVerall, though I had a good experience moving in, and enjoy the unit I am in.

Very poor communication, and virtually impossible to get ahold of if you're not an existing tenant. None of my friends renting from them have had a positive experience. You may not have the option to avoid renting from them, given their strangehold on real estate in my area, but if you can, look elsewhere.

Zach helped me out on a very short notice and made a very stressful move much easier. Finding housing is so very hard in the UV and can be very expensive, so the Ledgeworks housing has been so very helpful.

Oh, where to begin.

There were certain things about this apartment that were not made clear when I signed a lease/moved in - the floors are uneven and slope every which-way, the ceiling in the bedroom is literally taped together, the hot water in the shower takes 5-10 minutes to work...but all of those I can deal with. The huge glaring issue with the apartment I rented from this company is the squirrel (and mouse? And raccoon? who knows?) infestation that has been going on for 5 months and counting, and the company has done next to nothing to actually fix the problem. The maintenance man himself is very friendly, so no fault to him, but Ledgeworks itself has done nothing to fix this issue.

For $1,100 per month, in an apartment that already has structural issues, the least a tenant can ask for is to not be kept awake by dozens of animals in the walls and ceilings at all hours of the night (and the daytime, too!). I've been forced to stay elsewhere for the past 2 weeks because of how bad this issue has gotten, and all management has done is "trimmed trees away from the building so the animals can't get in". Well, squirrels can climb, so that didn't help a whole lot. I've even sent video/audio proof of this issue persisting, and nothing has been done.

If you're moving to the area, run the other way when it comes to this property management company. Don't bother, don't give them your money. I'm counting down the days until I move out of the unit.

The worst place you could ever rent from. They will never get back to you. Never answer phones. Rude and lazy. Told them about BLACK MOLD in my bathroom twice never came by. Went into my apartment at the time without telling me. (Came home to them IN my apartment with the door open luckily my car didn’t get out.) Go anywhere but here. When I moved in my neighbor even told me I shouldn’t take it and run while I could. I thought he was being dramatic. Haha not at all.
