So we decided to relocate from one state into the state of Washington and had identified the area that we wanted to move to. We got Lee Ann's name from a friend of the family that had used her for their purchase. It was an incredible from the first interaction all the way through to the end. We flew up to look at property and had originally identified that we wanted to build which soon pivoted to a home. Lee Ann reacted instantly with a new list of places for us to look at and was so organized we did it all in 1.5 days.

She took the time to listen to us and adapt to our desires and needs and Amazingly enough we found the place for us. Her knowledge of the local market and pricing helped us negotiate successful for an amazing retirement home for us.

Lee Ann represented us at the inspection, had a video call to go over findings and a summary call to make decisions on requests. She also connected us with an amazing lender and a list of people to turn to for things we want to do once the move is complete.

Lee Ann has become more than an Agent - we will be friends once we move. She went above and beyond doing research for us and even introducing herself to our new neighbors to find out about internet options.

I highly recommend her for any future purchase or sale.
